Saturday was such a beautiful day, in the low 60s, that we decided to check out a local, or almost local neighborhood park that has a small waterfall. You know, get in a quick walk, soak up some sunshine, commune with nature. Here's a quick pic of the waterfall.

Thursday's Thoughts
I volunteer for New Beginnings Cat Rescue, and one of our newest kitties is Macy. She is adorable and loving. Anyone interested in her or any of our other kitties, should visit PetSmart at PGBT and N Garland Road, or our website. We don't have a physical shelter, just the Adoption Center at PetSmart and the rest of our kitties are in foster homes. All the kitties are at PetSmart with Adoption Councilors on Saturdays and Sundays (11 am to 4 pm). Stop by!!
Here's Macy:

Where in the World Wednesday
Where in the World Wednesday is just a way for me to post pictures and links from places all over the world. This week's is from one of my favorite iPhone apps, Live Cam, which has webcams from all over the world. A peek at different locals, some exciting, some mundane. This week, I couldn't decide between a view of the Eiffel Tower at night or a small church in the Italian Alps. Ossana is a small village (pop. ~800) near the tri-point of Italy, Austria and Switzerland.

U is for Undertow by Sue Grafton
They claimed they were digging for buried treasure, but he noticed a bundle on the ground nearby. A few weeks ago, he came across a reference to the Fitzhugh kidnapping, and the penny dropped.

Monday's Mutterings
I was surfing blogs over the weekend and I stumbled upon MOG's Blog and found an idea I like. She posts regularly with themes for each day of the week. So I'm going to try to do this.
